Prepare onsite quote
We prepare and quote all onsite trades and works needed to complete the full turnkey process.

Transport & foundations
Once the permit is issued, we progress with house transport and place your home securely on its foundations.

Onsite completion
With the home onsite, allow 3 - 4 weeks to complete all services, connections, decks and final onsite CCC.

Handover
Final checks, walk-through and handover of your completed home to you.
