How long does a build take?
Most homes are ready within a few months from confirmation because we build indoors and avoid weather delays.
What sizes do you offer?
From compact 60 m² Riva to larger 120–143 m² family homes like Sahara 3/4, plus the 70 m² Seaview.
Can you customise a plan for my section?
Yes. Adjust layouts or go bespoke — we’ll tailor the design to your site and budget.
Do you handle consent and inspections?
We prepare working drawings, submit for building consent, and manage inspections through to sign-off.
Can you do two-storey transportable homes?
Yes. We’ve delivered two-storey modular homes to difficult sites including clifftops.
What arrives finished, and what’s done on site?
Homes are factory-built with kitchens, bathrooms and finishes installed. On site we handle siting and connect services, and can complete decks or baseboards if included.
