The owners wanted something practical for a working rural site, but with the finish and feel of a proper family home. The Leisurecom build process gave them exactly that, without months of weather-related delays on the doorstep.

This home was built end-to-end inside our Cambridge factory, then trucked to site and craned into place. From slab-ready to handover-ready, the build process keeps to a fixed timeline because the weather never gets a say. That matters even more on a rural site where access, services and trade availability can stretch a traditional build.
