When you build homes in a factory, delivery day is where it all comes together. And for this stunning 2-module home, it was a day (and night) to remember. From our workshop floor to its brand-new site, this build shows off everything we love about modular housing — precision, quality, and seamless installation.
From Factory Floor to Open Road
It all started at our Leisurecom headquarters, where two completed modules stood proudly in the sunshine, ready for their big journey. Our team made the final checks, and with the iconic Leisurecom signage gleaming under blue skies, the homes were prepped and positioned for transport.
Tiny Towing — one of our trusted transport partners — arrived with two specialist trucks, perfectly equipped to move modular homes safely and efficiently. In our carpark, the modules were carefully loaded one by one, ready to hit the road.
Wheels Up: A Cross-Country Delivery Adventure
With everything secured, the modules rolled out of our yard and into the wild. We captured some brilliant shots of the homes leaving the Leisurecom facility — crisp lines, fresh cladding, and big energy as they set off toward their forever site.
But this wasn’t your average afternoon delivery. This run spanned into the night, with the team navigating rural roads, tight corners, and open highways under the stars. There’s something undeniably cinematic about a house being hauled through main streets in the dead of night — and our shots prove it.
Getting Skinny!
Cranes, Calm, and Complete Control
By the time the homes reached site, the sun was back — and it was time to put them in place. Leisurecom homes are designed for smooth installs, and while we’re no strangers to tight, awkward spots, this location had plenty of room to work with. The crane operator made short work of it, lifting each module gently into place on the waiting foundation.
It’s here where our factory-built precision really shines. With every connection point pre-engineered, each home drops into position like it was meant to be there (because it was).
From Two Pieces to a Full Home
With both modules placed, it’s time for the final touches. The homes now sit on-site, waiting to be joined and finished with decks, landscaping, and all the details that make a house feel like home. For the new owners, move-in day is just around the corner.
